What Does It Mean To Become
A Dance PT Specialist?
Do you ever feel like you're working harder and harder, but not making the progress you want in your business? Are you constantly putting out fires and feeling overwhelmed by the day-to-day tasks?
Does this sound familiar? Your inbox is overflowing with week-old messages only you can reply to, and new ones are piling up daily. Your days are spent putting out “fires” or getting the constant “got a few minutes” request that comes in from your co-workers and patients.
You are not moving forwards in your career in Dance Physical Therapy the way you have planned.
As an PT or PTA, you learn how to treat patients in school. But now- the problem is getting the specific knowledge for how to treat dancers of all styles in your brain. You have become the bottleneck, the one holding your career back from reaching its full potential. And no matter how hard you work; you can't seem to break through to the next level.
It's time to make a change –you can’t clone yourself (even though I know you wish you could), and there are not more hours in the day to work.
So, if you want to learn:
-
How to work smarter, not harder
-
Practical strategies to help you get dancers in the door
-
How to best stay on top of the evidence-based treatments for dancers....
Then the Dance PT Summit is the right next best step for you.
This isn't just another webinar. It's a fully immersive multi-faceted experience designed to help you transform how you treat your patients and your career.
If you're tired of trying to find the answers on google and want to take your dance PT career to the next level, The Dance PT Summit is the answer you've been looking for.

During The Dance PT Summit event you'll get free lessons on how to elevate your dancer rehabilitation practice and marketing/communications system that will allow you to scale your practice and achieve your goals without sacrificing more of your time, energy & profit.
BY THE END OF THIS SUMMIT, YOU WILL LEARN FROM...

Stability and Mobility Needed for Ballet Partnering
This session explores the unique physical demands of classical ballet partnering, where dancers must combine the stability of strength with the fluidity of mobility. Drawing parallels between performing artists and overhead athletes, this discussion highlights common injuries associated with lifting and being lifted in ballet. Attendees will learn strategies to prevent these injuries through conditioning, biomechanics education, and targeted rehabilitation techniques. By addressing the dual roles of power and precision in partnering, this presentation offers actionable insights for optimizing performance and minimizing risk in the demanding art of classical dance.
Collaborating with Nonprofit Dancer Organizations
This session delves into the opportunities and challenges for physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) collaborating with nonprofit organizations. It will explore the intricacies of providing affordable care to underserved populations while maintaining financial sustainability as a professional. Attendees will gain insights into establishing mutually beneficial partnerships, leveraging grant funding, and creating innovative care models that prioritize community impact without compromising income. This discussion equips PTs and PTAs with strategies to make a meaningful difference through nonprofit collaboration while building a sustainable career.
Therapeutic exercises for ankle impingement, heel pain, and achilles tendonitis
This lesson provides physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with evidence-based strategies for managing common lower extremity conditions, including ankle impingement, heel pain, and Achilles tendonitis. Attendees will explore the biomechanical factors contributing to these issues and learn therapeutic exercises tailored to improve mobility, strength, and functional performance. The session emphasizes clinical decision-making for progression and modification of exercises to address pain, promote healing, and restore optimal movement patterns.
