WHAT HAPPENS IN AN APPOINTMENT

At Jenna Kantor Physical Therapy, we prioritize convenience, personalized care, and evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your goals. Here's what our appointments typically include:

  • Comprehensive Evaluation:
Each session begins with a thorough assessment of your area of concern, considering all contributing factors that might affect your progress and overall success.

  • Customized Treatment Plan:
Your care plan may include a combination of:

    • Hands-on manual therapy.

    • Biomechanical analysis to refine movement patterns.

    • Targeted exercises and strengthening tailored to your unique needs.

  • One-on-One Focused Care:
Appointments are dedicated entirely to you, ensuring the time and attention necessary for optimal results. Initial evaluations last 1 hour, while follow-up visits range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your specific requirements.

  • Advanced Techniques:

    • Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA): Our team uses this approach to diagnose musculoskeletal issues and evaluate whole-body mobility, stability, and strength.

    • Active Release Technique and Graston Tools: These techniques enhance flexibility, improve mobility, and help alleviate pain effectively.

Experience care that’s designed to fit seamlessly into your life while addressing your individual needs.
